 Anxiety Frustrations
Anybody who has experienced anxiety or a panic
attack or anything similar knows that it extremely
frustrating and debilitating. You're talking to

oh please!
Mine is embarrasing and weird....trust me, I
can't swallow or anything and it happens mostly
when I'm in a room with high
celings....unfortunatley that includes most
malls....which sucks.
